The Project

LGBT People at Work is a forum for companies, experts and institutions who are invited to a debate on the best Italian practices on the subject of Diversity Management, on today’s challenges and future opportunities and on the analysis of how to invest in LGBT human capital so as to improve performance and to use diversity as a key to success.

The forum’s aim is to provide a vision on how to invest in human capital, and in particular in LGBT human capital, so as to improve performance and ensure diversity is used to advantage.
