Croatian by birth, he has lived in Milan for over twenty years. He spent fifteen years working in one of the major international banking institutions in various management positions. He is the Association’s legal representative, reporting to the Board of Directors of which he is a permanent member. He takes all strategical and management decisions concerning the team.

Originally from the Umbria region, she has found her new home in Milan. A Law graduate, she completed a Master in Public Management. She is in charge of the association, the coordination of the activity and the implementation of the projects. It is her responsibility to voice the association’s principles within the public sector.

Partner in Newton M.I. Gruppo 24 Ore, he is a management consultant in the field of integrated communication, training and experiential economics. He is the author of: Global Inclusion. Within Parks he is in charge of training and professional development.
Mimmo Forlano

A graduate of the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan. For the past twenty years he has worked in Milan as an Art Director on below the line projects, web, in store communication and visual merchandising. In Parks he is in charge of the Association’s external image and is responsible for guaranteeing continuity and consolidation of the brand.
Selene Gagliardi

Born in Rome, Selene lived in London for three years. Then, she moved to Milan. A Literature graduate, she worked in publishing as an editor, and is also the author of two books. Furthermore, she worked as a journalist for an international newspaper. After specializing in digital content, she is now in Parks, taking care of external communication and event organization.
Carlo Cortese

Carlo works in Baker Hughes as a Senior Process Improvement Manager. He joined Baker Hughes (formerly GE Oil & Gas) in 2000 where he has since covered several roles across multiple functions including Engineering, Digital Technology and Quality. In 2015 he founded along with three other colleagues the Baker Hughes LGBT+ ERG Italian hub, growing it from a small organization to the largest one outside the USA. Today he is the global Enterprise Strategy & Membership Leader for Baker Hughes Pride@Work ERG. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence
