We have had a non-lecturing advisory role at the University of Pavia in the European Marie Curie Project dedicated to the subject of non-discriminatory communication.
We have given lectures on Diversity Management in the Milan Politecnic MBA program, in the postgraduate course of the University of Milan and the State University of Milan.
The Civil Service
We work with the Local Authorities in the conception and implementation of training programs for employees in the public sector.
We set up the fourth edition of the fourth edition LGBT People at Work Forum in collaboration with the Milan Municipality.
We lent our support to the creation of the National Strategy on Contrasting Discrimination. Parks’ proposals regarding the workplace are contained in the final draft of the Strategy.
We set up the PariMerito Project promoted by the UNAR and The Department of Equal Opportunities with the clear aim to “create awareness and develop diversity management as a Convergence Aim in the Regions”.
We provide speakers at the annual summitOut&Equal and the Workplace Conference at Stonewall.
We help to promote and implement debates and roundtable events on the subject of LGBT Diversity Management organized by Associations around the country.
We were partner and sponsor to the implementation of the week dedicated to the LGBT associations at EXPO 2015.
We are actively involved in the work of the LGBT National Workplace Group set up by the UNAR and the various associations representing the LGBT community in Italy.
