Organisational Structure

Parks’organisational structure:

Founding Executive Director – Ivan Scalfarotto
Twenty years experience in Human Resources, Ivan is currently a Strategic HR Consultant for a number of Global Corporates. He has previously worked for Italian and International companies between Milan, London and Moscow. In 2004 and 2005 he has been co-Chair of CitiPride, Citi’s GLBT network in London.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the ruling body of the organisation. It consists of five to nine members, representatives of member companies, and the Executive Director. It is chaired by one of the Directors, elected by the Board. The Executive Director is an ex officio member of the Board.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board consists of twelve advisors, chosen amongst international or national experts in labour legislation, civil rights, GLBT and/or social issues. The Advisory Board guarantees on Parks’ independence and on the quality of its processes and messages. The Advisory Board members are appointed by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Executive Director. The Advisory Board elects its Chairperson amongst its members.
